Reflecting on 2025  and what’s next for Blend in 2026

As we step into 2026, it feels like the right moment to pause, look back, and appreciate just how far we’ve come together.

2025 was a year defined by collaboration, trust, and the continued evolution of technology across the workplace, hospitality and residential sectors. More organisations than ever turned to Blend to help them design and deliver integrated technology that simply works – connecting people, places and experiences seamlessly.

A year of standout partnerships

Rather than any single project defining 2025, it was the breadth and calibre of work that truly stood out. From supporting ICBC Standard Bank with a highly resilient, secure technology environment, to partnering with Creative Artists Agency on a future-ready, collaboration-led space. The year showcased what Blend can do at scale.

We secured new client partnerships such as AVEVA, General Atlantic and Morgan Lewis to deliver integrated technology across complex workplace environments, while projects like Ferrero and Project Landmark in Malta highlighted our expanding international capability. At the same time, we were proud to complete flagship hospitality projects including The Savoy, and Rosewood in both Amsterdam and London, further strengthening our reputation for delivering technology seamlessly into premium guest experiences.

Add to that continued partnerships across multiple locations including L&W in both Manchester and Madrid and 2025 became a year where repeat trust, technical delivery and long-term relationships all came together.

Each project brought, and will bring, its own challenges, opportunities and learnings and each one has helped shape the Blend we are today.

Building more than systems, building partnerships

What stood out most over the past year wasn’t just the scale or complexity of the work. It was the relationships behind it.

Working closely with consultants, design teams, contractors and client stakeholders, we were reminded how important it is to stay flexible, communicate clearly and remain outcome-focused from start to finish. Our growth came not only from new wins, but from clients choosing to return, expand, and take us with them into new spaces and regions. That’s something we never take for granted.

Looking ahead to 2026

We enter 2026 with real momentum and a clear sense of direction.

This year, we’ll continue to focus on:

  • strengthening our capability across integrated technology solutions
  • investing in our people, processes and delivery standards
  • ensuring consistent, scalable outcomes across every project
  • growing our presence in key UK and European markets

As technology becomes more complex, and expectations continue to rise, our role remains simple: to make technology more reliable, intuitive and connected for the people who depend on it every day.

And that’s a challenge we’re genuinely excited to keep solving.

To everyone who played a part in our journey last year. To our clients, partners and of course the Blend team – thank you. Your trust, hard work and collaboration made 2025 such a standout year.

Here’s to building on that success together in 2026.
