Mixed-use luxury development 

We provided end-to-end AV, IT, and Security consultancy for the Whiteleys Bayswater mixed-use development, a prominent project that included luxury residential apartments, a state-of-the-art multi-screen cinema, retail spaces, and an exclusive Spa Hotel. 

Key elements of our design included the installation of interactive TV systems tailored to the needs of the residential and hotel spaces, sophisticated background music systems to create an inviting atmosphere across the retail and common areas, and advanced security features including CCTV and access control to ensure the safety and security of all occupants. 

Additionally, we designed and implemented a fully integrated communications network that supported both operational efficiency and tenant connectivity, while also delivering a robust Wireless LAN to ensure seamless connectivity throughout the entire development. Our solution not only met the immediate technical requirements but was also future-proofed to accommodate the growing demands of the modern, mixed-use space.
