We delivered comprehensive AV & IT design services for private residential apartments in the iconic Shard building. Our initial work included a detailed GAP analysis of the existing infrastructure, followed by the design and implementation of AV & IT systems that align with contemporary market demands and luxury standards. Subsequently, we were re-engaged to provide AV consultancy for 10 exclusive apartments designed for prime short- and long-term rentals. The design incorporated cutting-edge features such as multi-room audio systems, 4K UHD (Dolby Vision) video distribution, MIMO 802.11ac Wi-Fi, premium floor-standing speakers, 130” UHD TVs, integrated window treatment control, and a sophisticated remote concierge application, ensuring a seamless, high-end living experience for residents. This version provides a clearer, more structured overview of the services and technology implemented, while emphasizing the high-end nature of the project.
