Blend has been appointed to provide AV consultancy for The Crown Estate’s extensive refurbishment of Space House (formerly CAA House). Located at 10 Piccadilly, the project encompasses 229,192 sq. ft. of office space across two interconnected buildings: the eight-storey structure at 43-59 Kingsway and the 15-storey tower at 1 Kemble Street. This refurbishment aims to transform a 1960s Grade II listed building into a world-class workplace tailored to the evolving demands of creative and corporate tenants.
