Rosewood’s historic transformation in the heart of the City

Blend provided comprehensive AV, IT, and security consultancy services for the refurbishment of the historic Erste Group HQ building in the heart of Vienna. Our scope encompassed 99 guest rooms, front-of-house areas, a spa and wellness centre, and conference and event venues.

The technical systems we designed included interactive TV, guest room entertainment systems, satellite dish farm design and implementation, CCTV, digital recording, access control, fully integrated communication networks, and structured cabling design.

We delivered our design and tender documentation in both English and German to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution.
