Crafting a collaborative workspace at Quilter, Senator House

Blend were appointed as the AV, IT, and Security consultants for the fit-out of Quilter Senator House. The aim of the project was to create a modern, collaborative office space spanning approximately 90,000 sq. ft., designed to foster flexibility and productivity. The space includes adaptable meeting rooms, a high-end client suite, and a full suite of IT infrastructure, all intended to enhance the working environment for Quilter’s team and clients.

Designing integrated technology solutions

Our role in this project involved delivering a comprehensive design for AV, IT, and Security systems that support Quilter’s vision of a flexible and collaborative office. This included the design of cutting-edge IT infrastructure, along with AV solutions tailored to both internal and client-facing spaces. Our security systems were also designed to ensure a safe and secure environment, balancing functionality with ease of use. The result is a fully integrated technology setup that aligns with Quilter’s goals for a high-performance and flexible workspace.
