AV design for prestigious mixed-use development

Blend successfully completed AV design consultancy services for Quadrant 4, a prestigious mixed-use development at the southern end of Regent Street, London. This development, part of the comprehensive restoration and redevelopment of the four Quadrant blocks, includes 48 high-end apartments along with a mix of retail and office spaces. Our involvement centered on designing and delivering a tailored AV solution that enhanced the luxury of the residential spaces while integrating seamlessly with the commercial areas. We worked closely with the project team to ensure that the technology infrastructure supported the modern needs of the development while respecting its historic context. 

High-performing audio visual systems

Our design focused on providing high-performance audio-visual systems, smart home technology, and a fully integrated communications network. The AV systems in each apartment were tailored to offer top-tier entertainment and connectivity. We also integrated advanced security systems, including CCTV and access control, ensuring the safety of both residential and commercial spaces. The overall design aimed to deliver a sophisticated, user-friendly experience for residents, contributing to the continued revitalization of Regent Street, blending cutting-edge technology with the development’s heritage.
