Principal Place

Landmark development in the heart of London 

Principal Place is a landmark mixed-use development in London, designed by Foster + Partners for Brookfield Properties and Concord London. The project features a 50-storey residential tower known as Principal Tower, containing 299 luxury apartments, alongside a 15-storey office block that serves as Amazon UK’s headquarters. This development also includes retail, dining, and leisure spaces, all set within a half-acre public piazza that connects Shoreditch’s creative energy with the City’s financial district​.

Seamless AV installation 

Blend Technology Consultants were appointed to deliver AV consultancy services for this ambitious scheme. Our scope of work included integrating advanced audiovisual systems across the residential, commercial, and retail spaces. A key highlight was designing a sophisticated satellite dish farm to provide residents and office occupiers with access to premium and international broadcasting channels. Our consultancy ensured that the building’s cutting-edge design was matched by equally innovative AV solutions, enhancing the functionality and appeal of this vibrant urban destination.
