Spanning nine levels, plus two basement floors, the project includes ground-floor retail and reception areas, with premium commercial office spaces above. The basement accommodates MEP plant, cycle storage, shower and changing facilities, and retail storage, delivering a fully integrated and sustainable urban workspace.
