British Land’s prestigious project for Canada Water Zone F 

Blend has been appointed to provide AV, IT, and Smart Building consultancy services for Zone F of British Land’s Canada Water scheme. The development comprises two towers offering 460 residential units, 30,000 sq. ft. of commercial workspace, and retail spaces at ground level. Guided by the principles of wellness and sustainability, the project reflects British Land’s commitment to forward-thinking design and modern living standards. 

Seamless integration 

As part of our role, Blend has adapted to British Land’s Smart Building standards, enabling us to offer immediate expertise for related projects like Fasken’s. Our scope includes delivering a comprehensive smart building systems architecture, incorporating world-class IT and AV solutions. These systems will be seamlessly integrated into British Land’s proprietary smart app, enhancing functionality and user experience throughout the scheme.
